Xiang Jun Wang is a postdoctoral researcher in the groups of Prof. Conrad and Prof. Rahimi. Her work focuses on analysing large-scale population health data to study burden, management, and outcomes of cardiovascular disease. She completed her PhD at Erasmus Medical Center, where she investigated Plant-based diets and cardiometabolic health: potential underlying mechanism from a population-based multi-omics perspective. Her research background spans epidemiology, biostatistics, nutrition, public health and clinical medicine, with experience in big data modelling, omics research, meta-analysis, and mendelian randomization.
