3D Image Analysis

I hold a master’s degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Leicester and currently work as a Software Developer at the University of Oxford in the Nuffield Department of Women’s and Reproductive Health. I am involved in a project funded by the NIH, part of the CIFASD multidisciplinary global consortium focused on identifying translational approaches for the diagnosis of fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD) caused by prenatal alcohol exposure (PAE) and the way that PAE can cause developmental issues in children. My work specializes in Deep learning and 3D Image Analysis with a particular focus on identifying specific facial features to improve the FASD diagnosis.
