I am a sabbatical medical student that is pursuing a MSc by Research into the genetics of common elastic tissue disorders with Professor Dominic Furniss and am Co-supervised by Professor Krina Zondervan
I am conducting genome wide analyses to understand the biology of some very common conditions
concerning ‘elasticity’ of tissues, including varicous veins and female organ prolapse.
