As Project Manager and Data Scientist in the Oxford Endometriosis CaRe Centre, reporting to Krina Zondervan and Christian Becker, I am responsible for operational management and overall data collection, management, and analysis for multiple research studies: ENDOX, FENOX, RepOx. I coordinate the day-to-day management of the studies, with a focus on oversight and management of tasks amongst other members of the team and management of all key tasks within the clinical study lifecycle. My work includes team management, stakeholder engagement, oversight of complex administrative activities, and responsibility for overall data collection, management, and analysis.

I also provide leadership and technical information on data science issues and manage the optimisation of data collection systems and maintenance of online patient survey systems, the digitisation of thousands of patient surveys, the development of bespoke SQL databases of patient data, and the maintenance of the Oxford Endometriosis CaRe Centre's website.

My EngD research was undertaken at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Geomatic Engineering (CEGE) at University College London (UCL). My research focused on the use of open source data, mapping and agent-based modelling to examine vulnerability and assist NGOs respond to hazards. In 2012, I received a full EngD studentship from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) to work with the British Red Cross (BRC) on a project aimed at creating a geographical information system (GIS) tool to support the BRC’s flood response work and improve the understanding of urban resilience in vulnerable people/the elderly in times of crisis.

I was previously a Research Associate at the Oxford Internet Institute (OII) and a Research Assistant in the Department of International Development at University of Oxford working on a social network analysis project aimed at exploring the social media networks and interactions of Islamic scholars and their followers.
