Isobel Way

My job includes supporting the Education Manager, James Matejtschuk, with the Education Administration. We support the postgraduate research students with admissions, inductions and milestones etc and run the undergraduate course for the medical students. This includes scheduling lectures, tutorials and clinical timetables for the students.

I am the co-ordinator for the Education Working Group. This role includes scheduling the meetings, producing the agenda and minutes.

I provide administrative support to the seminar leads to ensure the seminars are organised and professional way. 

I sit on the Social Club Working Group to orgnaise various events in the department.  

My role is in the departmental Professional Services Team that helps to facilitate the smooth running of the department. We are based on Level 3 of the Women's Centre, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
