I have joined the Department in 2024 as a Clinical Research Assistant for the Spinal Muscular Atrophy project in the Clinical Research Group (formerly OSPREA).The aim of this research study was to evaluate the uptake and feasibility of newborn genetic screening for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

Currently I am assisting with the delivery of The Generation Study, run by Genomics England in partnership with the NHS.
