Emily Robertson

DPhil Student

Emily is a DPhil student supervised by Professor Kevin Coward and Celine Jones, with co-supervision by Professor Suzannah Williams. Her research focuses on oocyte molecular and cellular biology, with a specific emphasis on oocyte/ovarian ageing and how that may impact communication and signalling pathways. She is based at the Institute of Reproductive Sciences. 

Prior to commencing her DPhil, Emily received her BSc from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also conducted research on spindle assembly and centrosome proteins in oocytes and spermatocytes. Emily also completed the MSc in Clinical Embryology here at NDWRH.
