HR & Communications Administrator
My role within the department is HR & Communications Administrator. My central duties involve contributing to developing and improving HR provision, providing essential support for recruitment and induction processes and working alongside the Communications Manager on project work, internal communications, the public facing website and Twitter account.
I also support staff members with meeting and event arrangements and assist with Finance duties.
I have achieved Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ Diplomas in Business and Administration and have completed a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) L3 qualification.
My role in NDWRH is within the departmental Administration team which helps to facilitate the smooth running of the department. I am based on Level 3 of the Women's Centre, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
