RFM at term were observed to be associated with both low PAPP-A and high UtAD PI between 11±0 and 13±6 weeks gestation. Our findings support the assertion that RFM at term are related to placental dysfunction and increased risk of SGA. First trimester PAPP-A and UtA Doppler should be considered for risk stratification in women presenting at term with RFM.
