In recent years there has been an explosion of interest in the use of AI technology within research and clinical practice across both medical and surgical disciplines. Obstetrics and gynaecology are no exception: AI has been applied to some of the most topical challenges in women's health, from improving the diagnosis of gynaecological cancers to modelling the risk of stillbirth. This chapter will explore the breadth of existing AI applications and the scope for future development within the field of women's health.
