Mitochondria transplantation is a potential treatment to overcome pathological conditions caused by impaired mitochondrial function and hence impaired cell function. Our company has developed an isolation method for storable functionally and structurally preserved mitochondria. I will present characters and utility of this storable mitochondria with both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
