BIOGRAPHY
I am a specialist doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology having done my postgraduate training from India.
I joined John Radcliffe Hospital as a speciality doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a special interest in fetal medicine in 2017.
I have an interest in maternal and fetal medicine, high-risk pregnancies, operative obstetrics, global maternal health along with innovations in ultrasound and artificial intelligence related to maternal health.
Currently, I work part-time as a specialist registrar in the Women's centre of the John Radcliffe Hospital and have joined the Nuffield Department of Women and reproductive health as a clinical research fellow.
My current research work, under the supervision of Prof Aris Papageorghiou, is in the TraCer project. This project aims to develop a low-cost tool, in the form of a handheld ultrasound probe, to estimate the gestational age of pregnancies in settings where full ultrasound scans are not readily available.
