Visiting Academic

I completed my undergraduate degree in Human Biology at Kings College London, then moved to Imperial College London to the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology, and obtained a PhD working with Professor Jan J Brosens.

In 2014, I received the EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship and relocated to Tübingen University, Germany. I was subsequently awarded the DFG Excellence Fellowship (German national research funding agency). In 2019, I was awarded the Margarete von Wrangell-Habilitationsprogramm für Frauen (Tenure track) which is a joint funded project by the EU and by the state of Baden-Württemberg. My main research specifically examines local mechanisms within the endometrium involved in implantation and early pregnancy loss.

Recently, I have taken on the role as Teaching Fellow on the MSc. Clinical Embryology course working alongside Dr Kevin Coward and Miss Celine Jones.
