Postdoctoral Researcher in Image Analysis for Fetal Monitoring

I am a Biomedical Ultrasound Imaging researcher with over 8 years of experience. I hold a PhD in Biomedical Ultrasound and have 2.5 years of postdoctoral experience after my PhD. My research interests include developing innovative data acquisition and image reconstruction algorithms for medical ultrasound imaging.

During my PhD, I developed a Compressed Sensing-based framework that significantly improved ultrasound imaging systems by reducing the number of active elements while maintaining image quality. My work in this area resulted in publications in high-impact journals and conferences.

In my postdoctoral research at the Institute of Cancer Research, I contributed to the development of 3D ultrasound imaging for radiotherapy. In my current postdoc position at the Wellcome LEAP In-Utero Oxford team led by Prof. Antoniya Georgieva, I am involved in ultrasound imaging for fetal monitoring.

I am passionate about using my research to make a positive impact on the world. I am proud to be part of the Wellcome LEAP In-Utero Oxford team, which is developing novel technology to identify babies at risk of stillbirth.
