You will need at least an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject graded at either a first or upper second class according to UK classification, or overseas equivalent.

Yes. You do not need to submit an English language test result with your application. Any offer made will be conditional on supplying test results for the required level of English by a specified date.

If your first language is not English (or you are not a national of a majority-English speaking country as recognised by UK Visas and Immigration) you will need to provide evidence that you have reached the relevant standard of English.
